Atelier Paris Burger is built on a story shaped over time.
At the heart of the concept lies our “Café de Paris” sauce, developed in Paris from the late 1970s and early 1980s, then refined, passed down, and perfected for more than forty years. Served for decades in iconic Parisian restaurants, it now defines the signature of our house.
This sauce represents a Parisian evolution of a shared culinary tradition. Atelier Paris Burger does not merely preserve an heritage—it transforms it. Premium burgers and baguettes become contemporary expressions of a precise, demanding, and consistent savoir-faire, true to its spirit while asserting its own identity.
Today, Atelier Paris Burger begins its European expansion with a flagship restaurant in Geneva, supported by a network of delivery-focused dark kitchens across Europe. Spain marks the first phase of this rollout, with Madrid and Barcelona, as well as a restaurant opening in the heart of Ibiza in the coming weeks.
